Everything about pets is cute, especially when it comes to reuniting with their owners. The way dogs look at their hoomans as if they’re all that matters in the world is heartwarming.
One family who recently experienced this was Stubbs, a muscular dog who got separated from his family when they moved from Virginia to Kansas.
At that time, the apartment the family was to live in was temporary, so they had to leave their faithful pet behind.
Stubbs remained with a kind family in Virginia, and it wasn’t until after a year that he got to reunite with his kiddie buddies.
The Stubbs family has since moved to a permanent home in Kansas, and once they did, this family’s grandpa drove across the country to get Stubbs.
They were overjoyed at seeing one another, as can be seen from the many pictures here. It was a heartwarming moment for everyone.
The children especially wanted to thank those who helped find their dog by giving him a home while they were over 1,000 miles away.
Stubbs is a lucky pooch! Sometimes dogs become the lesser priority when big things in life happens, but this family never forgot.
When the dog finally got to his family’s new home in Kansas and saw his kiddie wards, he was stoked. The kids were delighted and pleasantly surprised.
They have been harping about getting Stubbs back with them, and now that he was, they couldn’t believe it.
They rushed to grandpa to hug and thank him before they went back to hugging, kissing, and playing with Stubbs.
These are priceless moments that make people forget the not-so-good things that happened in the past.
Stubbs went ahead and checked out his new surroundings. He was finally home, and Christmas couldn’t get any better.
